Del Webb

Took a tour through Del Webb Community at Alamo Ranch. Very nice, lots of activties and great homes. This is a well thought out way to build homes and live. Can't wait to hit 50!

My First HUD Property

Got a assigned foreclosure property to sell from work on Friday. It's a bitter sweet. Good to get it into hands that can afford it and sad for those who couldn't afford it. Stay tuned for it's listing to go public. You get 10 days to enter a bid.
